Tri-Lakes Health Advocacy Partnership
Welcome!
Tri-Lakes Health Advocacy Partnership (HAP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) volunteer-run organization dedicated to serving the needs of citizens in the communities within the area of northern El Paso county. We provide and coordinate services and support that encompass specific programs, projects, community education and awareness efforts. We also provide extensive collaboration with other community organizations.
Tri-Lakes HAP has two major program areas:
Senior services and support
Community Health & Wellness
HAP's Seniors Program is a portfolio of services and support for the area's senior citizens. The Seniors Program focuses on the needs and interests of our seniors including: daily operation of a Seniors Center, provision of nutritious Senior Meals, regular Senior Day Trips, assistance on senior health and well-being, and information clearinghouse for community assistance and support activities.
HAP’s Health and Wellness Program is centered on provision of community health and wellness assistance via daily services of our Faith Community Nurse and supporting volunteer activities.
