Medical Clinic for the Underinsured

This program allows those members of the community who are uninsured, or under insured, to obtain primary medical care at no cost. Also, school and sports physicals are offered to families who have financial difficulties. This program is not designed or equipped to handle medical emergencies!

Medical treatment is provided by either a licensed physician (MD) or a nurse practitioner who volunteers their time to the community.

The clinic is at Tri-Lakes Cares, 235 Jefferson, Monument. The clinic hours are Tuesdays from 9 AM to noon, and Thursdays from 6 PM to 8 PM. For an appointment, call Jackie at (719) 481-4864, ext. 23.
