Medical Equipment Loan Program

Tri-Lakes Cares in Monument has a supply of medical equipment to loan members of the community who might need the items on a temporary basis. These items are available at no charge. Just call Jackie at (719) 481-4864, ext 23, to check availabilty and to schedule pickup.

•  wheelchairs
•  walkers
•  crutches
•  canes
•  shower chair
•  bedside commodes
